Hi friends!

It’s been a heavy week. I haven’t necessarily found the words to say. I don’t have any new words, that’s for sure. As someone who isn’t Black but, wants to continue to learn to be an ally, I’ve been blessed with so many incredible resources - on social media, news sources, lists of books to read, and more. I noticed that many of the articles compiling Black Businesses were not focused on Health/Wellness. I hope this list of Boston-based Black-Owned businesses in the Health/Wellness space is helpful to you. That it helps you to make the decision to support your local Black-owned businesses easier. I know my husband and I have been, and will continue to be, more conscious of where we put our dollars and who we give them to. By no means, am I an expert and this list is growing/changing as I receive more information. Honestly, this list was compiled after a great deal of stalking on social media and Googling.
