a new video is added to this workout library every week. i’ve divided my workouts into three categories: Power Up, Tone + Sculpt, and Heaven on Earth. these three categories were created to help you understand the intention behind each workout, the intensity level, and length so that you can pick the best workout for yourself.

live workouts

Every other week, I will host a 45 minute live workout with me via Zoom. These will always be open and available to you - with no cap to the number of people in attendance. They will be announced via the newsletter on Sunday evenings.

This is an opportunity to connect with me personally, make sure you’re using the correct form, and to ask me any questions you might have.
